In our upcoming, in person weekend experience July 11-13, 2025 at The Omega Institute, you will be guided by IIQTC Senior Trainer, Vince Sauter, to blend easy‐to‐learn medical Qigong techniques with chosen tai chi exercises and learn techniques the ancient healers knew.

In this offer, you will focus on:

  • Simple movements to enhance lymphatic flow, stay flexible, and strengthen weak muscles and joints
  • Self-massage to reduce joint and muscle pain and boost the immune system
  • Meditation and visualization for clear, focused thoughts
  • Breathwork to reduce stress and regulate the nervous system

Please note: These practices are adaptable to any level of ability, and can be done while sitting, standing, or even while lying down.
