Join Us in a 30 Day Qigong Challenge

We all know that committing to a daily Qigong Practice has its benefits for the mind, body and the spirit, but we also know that sometimes life can get in the way of our practice. And for many of you, the same practice every day can sometimes get well, a little redundant. If this is you, keep reading because this next program will help you stay committed and also expand your level of awareness around your practice period.

We've heard from many of you over the years that have said...

"I love these practices, but I want even more."

"How can I take my practice to the next level, deepening my own connection and understanding?"

"All I want to do is learn more about how I can incorporate this into my daily life."

If this is you, then join us in our latest offering, a 30 Day Qigong Challenge, led by four of the IIQTC Senior Trainers, January 6th through January 31st.

In this offer, we will meet Monday through Friday, at 1PMEST (except a few days with scheduling conflicts, but you will be notified well in advance) for a daily 20 minute Qigong Practice. Each Presenter will bring forward a different focus, intending to help you diversify your own practice and enhance it with a little something new, for the New Year of course! Then on the weekends, we ask that you pick your favorite practices from the week to continue on before we start back up on Monday.

**All calls will be recorded and will be sent to you via email each Friday with the weeks practices. Life time access guaranteed.**

Here's how it works:

Once you purchase the 30 Day Challenge, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know you committed to your well-being and more vitality in 2025 than ever before. YAY! So we are so excited for you.

Then, before day one on January 6th, you will receive an email with information, Zoom links and what to except. Going forward, you will receive an email every day of our challenge, beginning January 6th and running through January 31st, with weekends devoted to you tuning back into one of your favorite practices from the week, with the Zoom links, so they don't get buried in your email. Then, at the end of each week, you will receive one email with that specific week's recordings.

Then as a BONUS, you will also receive access to our Top 10 Tips Guide to Establishing a Consistent Practice designed by our Senior Trainers.

 Our Schedule is below:

Week 1: Led by IIQTC Senior Trainer, David Lehman- Mindfully enter the flow, release your bodies own medicine within.  Maintaining a perspective of the Whole means paradoxically letting go of expectations of what we might gain or benefit from a practice and just experiencing FLOW in the present moment.  When we do this many positive and unexpected benefits just happen on their own.   The key is do the practice without attachment to results.  In this 5 day experience we will play with some Tai Chi forms that you may not be familiar with.   I invite you to join in this mini journey of fun and self discovery.

Week 2: Led by IIQTC Senior Trainer, Vince Sauter-  Silk reeling is at the centre of Tai Chi training, helping the student to develop strength, co-ordination, body awareness, unity in movement, relaxation and grounding. Silk reeling exercises are a series of repetitive movements performed on both the left and right side of the body that include; circling, curving and figure 8 movements, whole body relaxation, Dantian rotation, soft opening and closing of the Kua, expansion and compression of the joints, mobilizes and elasticizing the connective tissue, smooth weight shifting, appropriate body alignment, relaxed waist involvement with coiling limbs, a rooted lower body and diaphragmatic breath work. Applying the principles to the forms along with some Tai Chi walking you can develop a lasting personal practice that will always challenge not only the body but also the mind.

Week 3: Led by IIQTC Senior Trainer, Lori Candon- Embark on a transformative journey and discover the art of cultivating “Rhythmic Balance” so you can “Unleash Your Potential and Thrive”! The generative flow of “Rhythmic Balance” allows you to embrace self-care as health care, elevating your quality of life. Benefits include heightened energy, a greater sense of balance, and a profound connection to restful vibrancy, allowing all systems to flourish in harmony. This is more than a practice—it is a lifestyle shift toward unleashing your full potential and thriving.

Week 4: Led by IIQTC Senior Trainer, Sharon Infante- Wintertime is the season when nature has gone dormant. Following the laws of nature of the Five elements is a guide for us to follow in supporting our health of body, mind, and spirit. The Winter Element is Water, and we are made up mostly of water. Water is resilient and flows through, around and over what might be in its way. Like a rock in the river or a big tree branch and this is what we will focus on in our daily routines this week. These routines will focus on the body, strengthening of our bones and knees, silking the joints, easing tension in the muscles of the neck, shoulders and back. Creating a sense of mind, clarity, and tranquility. To transform fear of the Kidney system to courage, allowing us to flow like the water and support the foundation of our health. The life force energy, essential to our health, wellness and vitality.

The investment for this 30 day challenge, intended to kick off the new year on track for more well-being and vitality than ever before is only $137.00 for a limited timed only! Price will be increasing on December 23rd to $247. Get in now and use the early bird pricing to your advantage!
