Beautiful Balance

The Vernal (spring) equinox, which arrives to the Northern Hemisphere on March 20, represents change, new beginnings and balance, which are all things which Mother Nature achieves perfectly. This special time of year shows us a nearly equal balance in our light and dark hours - a wondrous, natural example of yin and yang.
This may be the perfect time of year to recommit to your belief in balance. Mother Nature does not resist when winter days grow short or summer daylight hours lengthen. Rather, she slowly shifts the light and dark.This can be quite contrary to our humanly approach. We tend to meet beginnings, endings and change in general with much disturbance and resistance.
Nature's beauty relies heavily on resilience and fortitude. The ability to shed the old and to be still - and confident - in the waiting, as the new comes to the surface.The arrival of spring is our reminder to welcome the changing cycles of our lives with an open mind and heart. Embrace change and allow it to slowly shift us as we move forward.
Remember, while nature may appear "dead" during the winter months, it is only dormant. Still and waiting, only needing a bit of rest and patience before thriving again in the spring.
Dark and light, dormancy and awakening, familiarity and change. It's all about balance.

Healer Within Foundation Educational Summit
Plans are in progress for a very exciting event happening May 29th and 30th, 2021.
This online educational opportunity will be open to the public, and will be a great way to invite people to learn more about the benefits of practice, deepen their existing practice through a workshop experience, meet new teachers and discover training opportunities. All proceeds from the Summit will benefit Healer Within Foundation, to sustain the mission of sharing practice and empowering people to be well, through simple and powerful mind/body/spirit techniques.
We need volunteers to make this happen and there are many ways YOU can participate!
We are seeking presenters along with group moderators/facilitators. HWF has budgeted monies to award stipends for those volunteers who take leadership roles in this event. While humble in amount, the stipends are part of the intent the Foundation has to recognize talent and participation in sharing your time and talents.
For individuals making presentations, the Summit provides an opportunity to be in the spotlight - and get your work in front of people - with the backing of Healer Within Foundation. As a presenter, you could also potentially drive traffic to your website and promote your special offerings and services to new people. It is always exciting to build your list of contacts, because it means you are serving more people!
