In just a few weeks the winter solstice will be upon us, marking the darkest day - solarly speaking - of the year. Many choose to brighten up these long nights with twinkle lights, cozy fires and flickering candles. These creature comforts can certainly feed the spirit and help make these gloomy days a bit more tolerable.
Let's not forget we each possess our own personal light and energy. This amazing inner light source can be cultivated at will (truly the original, renewable energy source) and shared with others, too! So, tap into your brilliant light and show it to others often and freely, especially during these dim times when many among us may desperately need a luminous lift.
At the Healer Within Foundation, we continue to be touched by the powerful energy of volunteers, trainees, trainers and donors whose support directly brings our vision of wellness, self-healing, and vitality into the world. Thank you to one and all!.

LIVE Practice Sampler Sessions
Our Live Practice Sampler Sessions continue through January! To date, these online practice videos have been viewed thousands of times - and the reach continues to grow as they continue to be shared.
A huge thank you to our amazing volunteer Sampler Session leaders. Because of you, we are reaching more people than ever with these powerful and healing, mind/body/spirit practices. Practice is shown live via the HWF Facebook page with replays available there and also via the HWF YouTube channel.

Welcome New Tai Chi Easy™ Practice Leaders
A very special thank you to the training team of Antoinette Horn (Senior Trainer) along with Annette Franks (Co-Leader/Local Project Manager) and Lori Condon (Local Project Manager). Their dedication made a safe, in-person Tai Chi Easy™ Practice Leader certification training event possible in Columbus, Ohio this past October.
